# Front Counter AI

> We run the front counter of owner-run service businesses (electricians, HVAC, plumbers, garage doors, roofing, pest control, tree service, auto repair and body, dental offices): the website, the Google listing and reviews, Google Ads, an AI front desk that answers the calls they miss, and AI set up and taught inside the business. Every price is posted. Everything is in the owner's name.

## Posted prices (USD)

- Website Refresh: $1,000 one time. Up to 6 pages on one of our designs, built for phones, tap to call, Google reviews on the page, an estimate form, two rounds of small edits, live in 5 business days. Hosting free for 12 months, then $29 a month.
- Custom Storefront: $3,500 one time. Custom design, logo and color cleanup, a page for every service and town, forms with photo upload, Google Business Profile and directory cleanup, call and form tracking, live in about 30 days.
- Growth plan (Google listing and reviews): $1,500 a month, month to month, 30 days notice. A review request after every job, a reply to every review, weekly Google posts, one or two new pages a month, hosting, a monthly one-page report.
- Google Ads management: $1,500 a month, month to month. Local Services Ads plus search ads, junk-search blocking, junk-call disputes. Google bills the ad money to the business in its own account.
- AI front desk: no posted price. Sized to the business on a call; price in writing before any work starts. Started only after the storefront has paid for itself. It always says it is an AI, hands off to a person when asked, sends emergencies to the owner's cell, and the owner reads every transcript.
- AI in your business: $3,500 one time for the owner and one office person. Claude set up on their computers and phones in their name, email and calendar connected, estimating software and QuickBooks connected where the connection is tested, four classes, a written playbook. Each additional person set up and in the classes: $750. Then $500 a month, optional, to stay on call with one new class a month. The Claude subscription is billed by Anthropic to the business, in its name, shown separately.
- Emails and texts to your customers: $750 a month, month to month. Follow-ups, reminders and offers to the business's own customers with their consent; the owner approves every send; sending costs shown separately.
- Outbound sales by AI, marketing beyond Google, custom software: no posted price, sized on a call, scoped in writing first.

Terms on every price: month to month on monthly services; the owner owns the site, domain, Google profile and ad account from day one; no per-minute fees; ad money and outside software are separate and shown. There is no photo day in any package.

## Rules we keep

Every price posted. Month to month. Everything in the owner's name. We ask every customer for a review and never pay for or filter reviews. We never call or text anyone's customers with an AI they did not agree to hear from. Sam never pretends to be a person.
